1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Rebel Lemonade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, https://www.rebel-lemonade.com/ (the "Site"), and the services provided through our platform (the "Services"), you ("User," "Artist," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use the Site or Services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

2.1 Rebel Lemonade provides a platform where independent artists and creatives ("Artists") can showcase their work, set up online stores, and market their products.

2.2 We offer merchandise sales management for Artists who opt-in. This includes handling the sales process, customer service, and returns.

2.3 Rebel Lemonade also sells merchandise under our own brand and for Artists who choose to have us manage their sales.

3. ARTIST MEMBERSHIP

3.1 To access our platform, Artists must sign up for membership through the Rebel Hub or Rebel Grub. Approval for membership is at our sole discretion.

3.2 Rebel Lemonade reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the Site or Services at any time for any reason.

4. MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

4.1 Upon joining, Rebel Lemonade will initiate a marketing campaign to promote the Artist's work across our channels.

4.2 After the initial campaign, Artists must notify us of any future events or updates they wish to have marketed.

4.3 Ongoing promotions may occur at our discretion, but regular marketing requires a new campaign arrangement.

5. MERCHANDISING AND SALES

5.1 Rebel Lemonade manages merchandise sales for Artists who opt-in. The Artist is responsible for ensuring that funds for returns are sent to Rebel Lemonade within one (1) week of a request, failing which their site may be suspended.

5.2 The Artist must respond to return requests within one (1) day, or their site will be suspended.

6. REVENUE GENERATING

6.1 Rebel Lemonade operates on a revenue-generating model. We earn a commission based on sales generated through our platform.

6.2 The more the Artist sells, the more we earn. This motivates us to actively promote the Artist's store, while the Artist retains all profits from their sales.

7. RETURN POLICY

7.1 The Artist may establish their own return policy for their products.

7.2 If no return policy is provided, the default Rebel Lemonade refund policy, as posted on the Site, will apply.

7.3 All return policies must be clearly communicated to customers.

7.4 For third-party managed items, the Artist must send funds for returns to Rebel Lemonade within one (1) week of a return request or face site suspension.

7.5 The Artist must respond to return requests within one (1) day, or their site will be suspended.

8. DONATIONS AND SUPPORT

8.1 Rebel Lemonade does not rely on donations but accepts them through our donation portal.

8.2 Twenty-two percent (22%) of all donations are allocated to purchasing art and products from independent artists.

8.3 Artists and users are encouraged to follow our social media channels and share their experiences with others.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All content, logos, designs, and trademarks displayed on the Site and are made by Rebel Lemonade are the property of Rebel Lemonade.

9.2 All art, merchandise, and copyrights made by the artists on the Rebel Lemonade platform are the respective property of the Artists.

9.3 Unauthorized use of any intellectual property on the Site is strictly prohibited.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

10.1 Rebel Lemonade values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. AMENDMENTS

11.1 Rebel Lemonade reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

11.2 Continued use of the Site or Services after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
