This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the website www.rebel-lemonade.com ("Site"). By placing an order through the Site, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

1.2 Custom Orders: Orders for customized products or items made to order may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.

1.3 Delays: Rebel Lemonade ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

2.1 Shipping Options: We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated within 5-10 business days.

2.2 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are an $8 flat rate on all orders

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Estimates: All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Tracking: Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number through our Site or the carrier's website.

3.3 Delivery Address: It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Rebel Lemonade is not liable for any delays or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.

4. Risk of Loss

4.1 All items purchased from Rebel Lemonade are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

5.1 Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt by contacting us though any of our customer service options. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging in your email.

5.2 Lost Orders: In the event your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution may include a replacement order or refund, at our discretion.

5.3 Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Returns and Exchanges: For information regarding returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and processed by our team. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after the return has been received by us processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer driven reasons, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
